Contract of Service, Terms and Conditions
By clicking on a deposit payment button and purchasing your zen dragon design package you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract of service/terms and conditions. If you would like a printed and/or signed copy of this agreement, please let us know.
Payments
- Website is to be paid for in two installments. The first is a deposit of 50% of the total and the second is a final payment of the remaining 50%.
- Each payment is non-refundable upon receipt.
- Web hosting will be $5/mo to be paid by recurring credit card payment.
Graphic Use
- Graphics/designs will not be released to you for use of any kind until payment is received in full.
Services
- Upon receiving your first payment, you will receive graphics and templates via email to revise. There are no limits to the revisions that are needed. This time will be used to perfect the template/graphics.
- Once your template/graphic is complete, you'll make the final payment. Upon receiving final payment, a list of graphics (to be provided for you) will not be changeable. Any changes or revisions on the provided list of graphics will be done so for an extra charge which will be due immediately.
- Upon receipt of your final payment your site/store will be made live on the internet.
- A complete website including all graphics needed for the complete design of the site will be provided for you. There will be no hourly fees for customer service or telephone calls.
Client responsibilities
- Providing initial text for all pages.
- Commitment to work with us to complete the site in a prompt and timely manner.
- Maintaining your text and/or products and product images.
